Commands
The plugin provides different commands to create and edit structural systems based on Dynamic Relaxation:
FunicularStructure Generates compression-only forms (arches, domes, vaults). Inputs: lines or meshes. Parameters: gravity, stiffness, node masses.
TensileStructure Generates tensioned structures (membranes, cable nets). Inputs: lines and/or meshes. Parameters: stiffness, rest length factor (prestress).
PneumaticStructure Generates pneumatic membranes under internal pressure. Inputs: meshes only. Parameters: stiffness, rest length factor, pressure.
ImportFunicularStructure Re-opens and edits previously saved funicular structures from JSON.
ImportTensileStructure Re-opens and edits previously saved tensile structures from JSON.
ImportPneumaticStructure Re-opens and edits previously saved pneumatic structures from JSON.
